[Fixed] [#6972] [2.17] Bayonne, invisible wall at A63 interchange

Whilst heading towards the A63 out of Bayonne I hit an invisible wall. It is located where my truck is on the map attached

This has been fixed for 2.20. Please check the forum before you post, as this has been reported a number of times.
