Generic response will be ready when it's ready.

Recreating a mountainous landscape and canyon valleys is probably the thing I like most. While I dread having to place each and every building in a cityscape, plopping down identical buildings is a travesty and modeling new ones is time consuming. I'm okay with signs neither interesting or averting to me.

No one has mentioned the real most boring task when it comes to mapping: bug fixing and optimisation
