dont want to buy dlcs...but what shall i do ingame before posting the gamelog? cause the game is not crashing. just spawn in a random city or what?

Well, I think the easiest solution for this problem should be to use the flycam and/or the "goto [city]" command.

Isn't there an connection file inside the RusMap archive too?

i found a PM225_RM_v130_roadconnection.scs file in the .rar archive but if i activate it the game crashes

It crashes because:
• You're not using ProMods 2.25 or higher.
• You're not using RusMap 1.8.
• You're not using ETS2 version 1.30 or higher.

The thing is that 1.4.9 is so old that there isn't the files in the RusMap archive. You should go there and ask to aldimator if he can provide you the RM1.4.9 + PM 1.91 road connection.
Anyways, from the place you downloaded it, isn't a road connection included inside?
