This comes when i deacivate the Special Transport DLC and use the normal Def:

is this a new profile? where is your home base? did you played MP with this profile?

i use my MP profile

like you see, that don´t work.
never mix SP and MP profiles. you must make a new profile for SP only.

with new savegame (i own 1 truck)

is this ets2-telemetry-server up to date, or an old version?
i have no knowleg with MP, but i know that in the past the game crashed because of this telemetry app.
remove / disable this app.

next what you can do is, make a integrity check of the game at Steam.
