@j0hny21, the problem is that your DLCs are not being loaded properly. The game recognizes that you have a number of DLCs but only one is actually being loaded:

I would suggest Verify Integrity of Game Files in the Steam client. If that doesn't help then I suggest disabling each DLC in the Steam client and then re-enabling (uncheck the box next to each DLC, then re-check the box).

well, they are supposed to be enabled not disabled, otherwise it wont work

As Trucker2223 wrote. Have all your DLC's enabled.
Your first load of ProMods will take more than a few minutes, depending on your PC. Up to half han hour or so, depending on the PC.
If the game does not crash to the desktop, let it work. Even tho it might seem to do nothing, but it is working and loading.
If game crashes to desktop, then there is a problem!

How long did you let the game load?
+ what bmwGTR wrote.
+ post that game.log.txt where you have all DLC's On, where the game crashes.
