ProMods

Single player / offline works for you, but Multiplayer not.

There is a lot of these errors

<ERROR> [unit] File '<C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP/data/ets2/mods/data_mp.mp | >/def/oversize_offer_data.promods.sii':

+ some truck errors.

All ProMods files have the right file size? viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3852 step 9 has a picture.
Could you post a log with ProMods in single player? after getting into the truck and shutting down the game, or even taking a short job?
+ a new log with the MP crash too?
Any error messages anywhere, why MP crashes? Crash to desktop?

Any help from https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base ?

1. Try a New clean profile, with zero mods on MP.
If that works.
2. Try a New profile with ProMods on MP.
3. Try MP's forums?

Somehow this should be able to be fixed?
