I see a couple of problems:

• You are using RusMap v2.4.3 when you probably should be using v2.43.1 (you are using the 2.43.1 connector with RusMap 2.4.3).
• Your game is running out of buffer space. Try increasing "r_buffer_page_size" from 10 to 20 or 30 in your game's "config.cfg" file (located in: This PC > Documents > Euro Truck Simulator 2).

I have same problem. Increased buffer limit to 30 but it helps only a bit. I used to have this same problem also earlier versions but it went away, but it's back with this current ProMods + RusMap combination. I used to fix this by using some custom map background mod, Unfortunately I don't remember the mod name anymore.
