There are more cities on the signs that are not in the game. Check around Stockholm, and you see quite some cities on the signs that are not on the map. In the rebuilt version of Germany, these city references are all over the place...

I see Utrecht is planned in the Netherlands, but won't it be very close to Amsterdam?
I think maybe Eindhoven is a better city to build..

The plans are still changing there, last plan I saw was Arnhem+Eindhoven

In map of Latvia i think that Venstpils should be there too (about 120 km north from Liepāja)
