Hake may be found within the same taxonomic order (Gadiformes) as cod and haddock.

This qualifies as a rather silly load, somewhat akin to me hauling coal to Newcastle!

I doubt that this counts but it raised a few smiles and horn 'toot-toots' in my direction when it happened on a 14 mile journey home.

Many years ago I bought my then young daughter one of those rigid blown plastic Wendy houses from the ELC, in a sale as it was assembled as a display model.
I was outside the back of ELC, sweating like a pig trying to dis-assemble it but in the end I thought "sod it".

I threw the bugger on the roof rack of my trusty Astra Estate (nice fit width wise), strapped it down securely and as an afterthought added a couple of cardboard signs to the front and back of it....

Moving House!

Well no Elmer, it's not an exact fit to the topic, but nonetheless thanks for sharing a really amusing real-life story!

Let's see, off the top of my head I can recall:

-yogurt from the Bauhaus in Bremen
-forklifts from the Bauhaus in Bremen using the tiny delivery trailers intended for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter mod
-MDF panels from Tree-ET
-a railway locomotive from Reyðarfjörður**
-a railway hopper to a FedEx in Birmingham
-smoked eel to a FedEx in Reyðarfjörður
-furniture from an oil field in Kalmar to a farm in Wick
-rice from a Bauhaus to a McDonalds
-wheat to FedEx (former Posped) in Linz

...and a partridge in a pear tree!

I have also seen a job offer to take clothes from the Volvo factory, although I haven't taken that job yet!

* The Bauhaus ones should be silly to anyone who knows of the types of services Bauhaus offers.
** I didn't actually finish this one, it got stuck before I even left the city limits!

Yeah, I think my mods have screwed up my deliveries well and good.

I delivered an AMX 30 tank to the IKEA, still not sure what they're doing with it.

And a while ago I delivered a Scania truck to Skövde, Volvo HQ.

And fertilizer to McDonalds... I'll never eat there again.

Disassemble it, and sell it with a confusing picture manual how to assemble it again at home

You would be surprised... I've heard of this kind of thing in interviews before.
