Probably, but I'm having this error.
Does anyone know how to solve it?
Thanks.

It's simple: the object has three looks, but not a single material assigned. Add three materials with the + on the right.

You're not much further; you have three empty materials now.
Also, are you working from scratch or do you base things upon existing SCS stuff?
I usually find it easier to use the texture settings from an existing texture of an existing model and change that to my preferences.

It can work, but you would most likely end up with a heck of a lot of small textures and a high poly-count. That's why I often recommend not to take models straight from the Sketchup Warehouse, because they are pretty cumbersome to work with...
The ICM train model I made was based upon one from the Sketchup Warehouse. I use the model as a sort of blueprint. The Sketchup model contained around 100K polies for one cairrage and like two dozen textures. My own model with three cairrages only had 10K polies and only four or five textures.

Okay I converted the sketchup to 3ds and then imported it into into blender
But looking at the hierarchy, there appears to be many of what I assume are "materials"

But looking at scs models, there is suppost to be only 1 material....
Here is what the same hierarchy looks like in an existing scs model...

is there anything I can do to combine all my materials into one?
The actual poly count is only 510 so I don't think that's a problem.

That's what I warned about: the materials quickly gets messy. There is some complex texturing modding involved, like UV unwrapping and projection (which I can't explain right now without my tools at hand).
