In that case, as I had both Promods and Poland Rebuilding, if I update Promods and don't include PR will it still work on my old save? My only concern is I had some garages in some Polish cities (not the added ones) and I really want to play on 1.6!

I have disabled automatic updates when this thread started. It shows the 'update required' notice but does not force the download.

However, you cannot launch it without updating. Lame.

Just a quick question, I was using the Italy mod (not by Promods BTW but on the SCS Forums), and it looks like that mod is not being maintained anymore. Unfortunately it is not working with 1.9. I have no garages there, so will it be ok if I removed the mod for 1.9 and did not replace it?

I think it will be fine. The game will detect a map change a move you back to your main base, with no penalty or fine if you were on a job.

But what, if I have garage there? Not asking about any specific mod.

It will keep generating an error but it shouldn't harm the game to much

glad i am not the only one waiting...cant play my normal profile with this excellent mod.....i am happy to bin most of my other mods but not this one....EVER
