I think ETS2 was tested on 4K but I don't know any details after that. As for 60 FPS, Squirrel runs that all the time on ETS2. I guess you can ask him what really makes him do that. But he does have good RAM. You haven't specified yours.

I don't think Squirrel is running 4K UHD. And I'm not sure he actually get's 60fps in a city. Not with onboard cam, and that's the only way I drive.
If he has SLI he might have better frametime wich would conceal the lower fps (wich would also work for me). As far as I can tell no matter what I do, at for me acceptable graphic settings even at normal HD my 4790K will have one thread going to 100% (frametime does get better, drops are significantly shorter).

No, he's not running 4K, but he is running 1080p @ 60 FPS. Now to run 4K @ 60 FPS, I can't help you that much.

Yup 2007 - 2008 cause the motherboard in it is from the 3rd quater of 2007

I looked at the processor and immediately thought it was before the Core i3, i3, i7 period so definitely pre 2010. And since you confirm it's 2007 - 2008 and you have Windows 7, I end up with two conclusions:

• Either you had another OS and moved to Windows 7
• Either you bought it used or sth
