The flags that you use originate from promods.net
What i'm guessing Volley meant is that instead of having

and always uploading them yourself, you can use this:

[img]http://www.promods.net/images/compat_flags/bosnia_herzegovina.gif[/img]

It'll always work and you can easily change the flag, because you only have to replace the last part, so if you want to change that Bosnian flag to an Estonian one (example), you can just use this:
