No, you don't need it. Only fix you Need is the fixed Version of Def &Map and Model3, otherwise you will Encounter Signs with no text in Italy.

Thanks for the quick reply. Also, I downloaded v6.5.2 and the fix of the two files but in the mod manager it says 6.5.0 (Release 7). Is that ok?
