Yes I can't even load anything while downloading. Download Speed 200kb/s

So you maxed out the free connection You ain't gonna get any more kb/s.

You can use a maximum of 2 download slots at any one time. If you try to use more than that several times you will get timed-out (i.e. “temporarily banned”). Make sure you don't use any download managers or download accelerators, as these may try to use more than one download slot for any single download!

No i dont have accelarators. And i m following the rules.

Did the server fall? I have a problem. I don't know if I am blocked but

As you can see on the index page, the server is under heavy load, but not down.
