IIRC SibirMap used to be standalone before, but in a different scale, probably 1:3 which featured Omsk basically and a few surrounding cities. And luckily Valera decided to scrap it in favour of the new, now 1:19 scale map so that it could be used in map combos. Or was it another map because I can't seem to find it...
So for now I don't think you're going to see Omsk soon, at least not before next year. And then I don't know if he could even use parts of the old standalone work due to the scale problem.
