ProMods 2.00 - Reception and reactions thread!

The map has been tested for 6 weeks, and is VERY stable. The only crashes that we are aware of are in Romania due to an error in the map editor. Most other crashes that are reported are caused by conflicts with other mods.

So what was the error in the map editor ScuL?

Not sure, there were no issues in Romania at all, but there were 3 prefab issues in Iceland and the editor recommended to rebuild (recompute the map).
After doing so the prefab issues in Iceland were fixed, but then all of a sudden the issues in Arad & Timisoara appeared.

I have no other explanation than that the game engine has been temperamental.

maybe its better to be careful for the moment in adding mods
first trip from me also down to romania...so we will see

Having the same problem with Arad & Timisoara, the only way i had was to go to Arad from the Oradea side to buy my garage. Then exit immediately the way i came, back to Oradea or else your game will freeze further in town. Timisoara is another story since you have only one entrance to town, and there is no way i can get to the garage.

I think i found the problem in Timisoara and Arad. On my map, in both cities there are 2 prefab with the same name (2xEuroGoodies in Timisoara and 2xTrameri in Arad). Try to change this and see if the crash continues

Those duplicates are causing the crashes in those 2 cities, but it was fixed long-time ago, and now those somehow re-appeared.

That's it! I noticed 2 days ago that there were the two Trameri's in Arad!

Guys, is there a screenshot of a map with v2.00, so I could see If I'm not missing any roads or cities? I'm just not sure did I put together all map files correctly...

If not, could you please post a sceens in here?
