There's already the solution. It's an OpenGL related Crash that should not occur when using DirectX.

Load order in OP still mentions UK fix. Is it still needed or is that oversight?

the mod crashes on the ferry to Constanta mod by yang20 and English translation mod, I leave those out for now and it works fine. These files have to get updated first

The translation will be updated soon, just be a little bit patient if you are able to. If not, I don´t care. It´s ready when it´s ready.
Checking all the files needs some time, I also wanted to add the correct time zone for each SR country since the author did not add these.

Konstanca - Novorossiysk - ferry connection ver 1.3 - edition by bozo666. Works with ProMods 2.26 and Southern Region 7.0. I Tested.
