Dortmund's already been done. Most of northwestern Germany has been done actually, except for proper connections to the Netherlands. Presumably those will be done as part of the Benelux Rebuilding Project.

To be honest, Dortmund is one of the cities that I really want to rebuild as I also live in the area... Westhofener Kreuz or Kreuz Dortmund/Unna for example are pretty unrealistic and the B1 through the city would be cool, too But there are still other areas that have to be done before we rebuild Dortmund

I have a suggestion for Bavaria:

As i live there it would be necessary in my point of view to have the rest area "Geiselwind" along the BAB3. On the BAB3
there´s actually a lack of rest areas.
