Logic says (and i guess) northern parts of Greece will come first near the borders with Bulgaria and Fyrom (E-75 propably)! I don't know if Albania is planned but it will be very interesting to see it aswell since the roads there are not the best!

But technically is possible to add Patra first and connect it with ferry to Ancona in Italy!

I FEEL like what is there is the E-75 between Novi Sad and Thessaloniki, with branches to big citys
Note: this is a Hypothesis, a guess based on past information and past works (E6/E14 to Trondheim)

I think all we will see is Thessaloniki. Even though the other parts of Greece are ready, it is not 100% that these areas' tests are finished.

Good news to hear that Macedonia and parts of Greece might be in 2.3! Does that mean we get other sort of countries to connect them like Bulgaria, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Albania for example? Which ones do you expect?

There isn't anything to expect. All of the countries will come at some point. This E75 road was made as a backbone for all the Balkan road infrastructure.
