That's right.. We haven't showed anything from Narva! The road to Narva and the border in Narva is made for road connections to those who would like to use RusMap in the future versions

I'm fairly certain it does actually, in the sense that it doesn't cause crashes when the game loads.

Some months ago, I remember Nico said that he was working on a connection to RusMap between Tartu and Pskov (Luhamaa border), but later, there was no more info regarding that. Did he suceeded to finish it? Or it was scrapped from the plans in favour of Narva. Or there will be both?
