Should be ok with most trailers. Possibly the prefab floors trailer (can't remember what the game calls the cargo atm.), that one doesn't quite fit around the Jonkoping interchange either.

It will be very hard to turn here with my bad driving skills in this city

Just take it slow and wide plenty of space for standard trailers, with a wide load you probably need a different route though
For a right turn you need to take a fair bit of the opposite lane to get it really right

I made the Jönköping cloverleaf interchange intentionally tight to challenge you drivers

(and it is a really tight interchange in reality)

I loved that tight interchange. With my tanker trailer I got stuck on the hard shoulder
