Since the Türkiye issue is deadlocked, it would be correct to ask here: What was the situation of Adana province and Mersin-Osmaniye road? Is it in ME 2.61 or will it be in the next update?

As said, ME 2.61 is a compatibility update only. No new content. So, it's 2.60 except the updated license plates.
When there will be something new in Turkey, it'll be posted in the Turkey topic that will be reopened.
