So what is the general thoughts on Monaco? I know from a long time ago ScuL expressed interest in building it.

Lol We always knew Nice was close to Monaco, I was woundering if some artistic liberties could be taken and move Nice left a bit and Monaco right a bit or is it a case of now that Nice has been built by SCS we are stuck with it and Monaco is a complete no go.
