Superb work, but does the vegetation really looks that dry? I mean it's almost desert-like.
It's quite dry in that area: https://www.google.nl/maps/@44.4203259, ... 6656?hl=nl

With the limitations of the game, I did exaggerate abit but it gets the effect better across ;)
This is the only thing I don't like about streetview from 2011 in Croatia. It was one of the warmest years on record (rated as extremely hot) and vegetation was lifeless and yellowish both on the coast and even inland.

Not every year is like that, 2011 was just crazy hot all summer so it actually gives a bit of a false representation. 2010 on the other hand was much cooler and wetter and vegetation was as green as it can get all summer.

All the countries that around on the Mediterranean Sea's surroundings (i.e. Portugal, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Greece, etc) are very dry.

And humid... Try to sleep in your hometown Barcelona in the middle of July or August without a fan or AC. At least in Andorra temperatures "drop" a bit during night and we don't have a big humidity level like Barcelona

It's true! Here in Athens in the summer is extremely hot too! No rains for months and without AC is a hell!

When I go outside in on a hot summer day to a drink with my buddies, I often get to see the temperatures at around 45/46C on those display's right in front of some Pharmacies or Taxi service's here in my hometown of Budva/Sveti Stefan. The temperatures are a total disaster. Last summer 50C was measure in Podgorica alone...

I agree that it can be very hot in the summer months, but I recommend not to leave this topic. Whatever the developers of Balkan area (or Project Balkans) do, it's up to Promods' founders to decide whether it would appear or not.

One of the main goals we had was to create something completely different. Especially the croatian coast has some unique dry features. In the end we will of course do whatever we want ;) but sometimes we proces feedback from the community. I saw a discussion about some roads in Montenegro and noted them down. I will probably start developing Serbia/Montenegro/Dubrovnik after 2.30.
