Is it possible to change the cobblestone road texture in Ventspils to: https://www.google.lv/maps/@57.3921114, ... 6656?hl=en
It's new cobblestone not old...
and this:
is not how it looks like :/
cause cobblestone road in Ventspils is quite very smooth to drive, and they use it for these reasons 1) they don't form pits so easily 2) they are easy to change... so to say - you just have to repair damaged area and not entire segment...

We don't have a road texture like that yet.. Therefore this one is used!

I know that right now the focus is probably in Baltics, but is there any chance of seeing Promods expand to the Belarus?

Indeed, why would we do double work? RusMap is a map which is close to or on the same level of realism as ProMods is.
