It did not come out in February because the current content was not ready to be released in February. This month has been announced because we think before we could finish this update for February, but unfortunately we have some impediments, the school or other things that made that the predict release is not come.

It is expected to be released for sure.
But we discovered we had a game breaking bug and are trying to fix it.
