I've seen it once and kept watching it for 5 minutes.

Pretty easy to find. When you find the lake which has sign saying "Loch Ness", head for the fuel station nearby, then go to free camera, akm it to point directly to the opposite side of the lake, stop 5-10 meters before the lake ends and rotate the camera 90 degrees to left. Then just wait until you see it... or at least that's the easiest way to see it!

It looks like that station in the picture could be a place where the Euro coach simulator would use and i can see bus stations like that all over the ETS2 map.
