Download Limit reached, but no download now

Hello Truckers!
I have the following problem. I would like to download the latest version of ProMods, but I get the message that I am downloading already 2 files at now. But that's not true, there is no file downloading. What can I do now? Please help me

Hi, i downloaded Promods a month ago but it did not work so i just uninstalled it and downloaded other map mods (I downloaded it and promods rar file was corrupt). now i want to play promods again but when i try to download promods it says Connection Limit Exceeded. Excuse me but what the f**k, i am not downloading anything else right now but it says i have reached 2 downloads. I even created a new account.

Creating accounts has nothing to do with the connection limit. The system just automatically cuts the download when it recognises more than 2 simultaneous sessions from the same IP address.

Yes, but it will replace Baltic Seas Areas with PM-Baltic.

I am just trying to download (part 1) of the promods mod, but it says I have too many downloads running at the same time.. which is weird as I am not really downloading anything or haven't downloaded.
Anybody has an idea?

[EN] I tryed to download the part 3 but a message said me i have to many download in progress, But the download of part 1 & the part 2 are finished. I dont retryed because i'm scrared to be banned so i came here to ask help.
[FR] J'ai essayé de télécharger la partie 3 mais un message est apparu pour me dire qu'il y avait trop de téléchargement en cours. mais pourtant le téléchargement des parties 1 & 2 étaient terminé. J'ai pas voulu réessayer par peur de me faire ban donc je viens demander de l'aide
