Yes, it is possible, 10 countries, many of them aren't in EU or Schengen zone, so maybe it is...

Scs said that the next DLCs is not the iberian peninsula, so it could be ireland and iceland. BUT they said that it will be bigger than even and ireland and iceland at some points are just like scandinavia DLC. So maybe it actually balkans most likely. i do not expect russia V2 and V3 to be added soon as well as we will get bits of russia in the upcoming DLC so ukraine and belarus maybe will come after iberian DLC which is most likely be made around 2019
