Actually,it is one solution - make very low speed and you will get traffic jam.

Other good solution to use roadworks,because they have traffic lights and traffic will stop near them - perfect thingy for border

Actually, as I said earlier, Justin, my long-long-long term plan is to reach Istanbul one day. That means going south of Romania towards Bulgaria. Unfortunately, I don't have that much expertise on Croatia, so I preffer sticking to the East / South-East Europe. Although I had/have some plans for the Vojvodina region in Serbia.
