RacerToft (Klaipėda itself),
ScuL (placing signs), and myself (creating landscapes outside this city / filling gaps, creating new sign templates).

Not yet, sorry about that. We can't build anything there until 'Poland Rebuilding' team finish its work. Our developer Vlad, may announce if he will be working in a Kaliningrad.
Please, be patient and we will give you announcements and information if needed.

Anyway I'm looking forward to visiting more of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Some great progress is going on here

Well hopefully we'll eventually get the E28 connection and Vilnius so there is not that void between Belarus and Lithuania that we can't drive...
