great work guys. its nice to see a lot more cities, especially in Finland so that we can drive there more ofter. I am suprised with Spain, didn expect that . cant wait to discover all that new cities and roads

I believe that the next SCS expansion will be titled DLC - Going South
I'm pretty sure - Portugal,Spain,Italy and some cities on the French coast will be the developed areas by them
For me is kind of obvious
ProMods to make Scandinavia , Ireland, Euromir and some french cities ; SCS to make the south of the continent

Noooo!!! haha. I was so happy to see Bilbao on the list. But, since you are not sure about it, I hope there is a little chance you could get it to 1.7 eitherway.

Can't be that much work finishing just one city and a little highway from the border, can it? I would so much rather see Spain represented with one city than another Scandinavian town. (There are plenty of them before) I mean, if its all about priority, Bilbao deserves that in my opinion.

Also, its not like there is a problem with only one Spanish city. Bilbao is not far away from France, so it wont be a "loonley island". It will be like Finland, which just got Helsinki.
