Hello I have the same problem and I do not understand why because since yesterday I could only download 3 files on all those of the promods and I have no other files downloads or download managers and my anti virus break me no problem.

Try logging off and logging back in. That worked for me.

I had done everything on that post and didn't work for me , the last thing is to question you the nat ports of the promods page and wait 1h so :'v

maybe someone knows why I am stuck with "Connection limit exceeded!" message in free download service. I have already waited more than 24 hours, didn't have any download accelarators, have tried on other browsers, tried disabling all antivirus apps possible and didn't used shared network. And most importantly didn't downloaded any of 2.41 part file.

Any answers are appreciated, thank you!

when I try to download via my german Internet-provider 'Unitymedia' I get told that i reached my limit of 2 concurrent downloads.
The Problem is, that we only get an IPv6. When using IPv4, many users share the same IPv4 address via a gateway from the provider. This is called DSLite (Dual Stack Lite).
I paid in the past for fast download, and 2 days after that a new version came out. Few weeks later the same. Now again.
I could pay every few months, but not this often.
Is there any way to solve this issue for cable users using DSlite?
