I read the entire thread and nobody talks about the Northeast of Spain. I think there are certain cities that you should not ignore. This cities are:

-Vigo (297355 inhabitants)
-Gijón (277733 inhabitants)
-A Coruña (246146 inhabitants)
-Santander (178465 inhabitants)
-León (131680 inhabitants)

I'm afraid ProMods has many things to do in between:

• 1) Kutchek must polish all Central France, Limoges, Clermont, connect Bordeaux with Lyon, get to the Hendaye frontier, all the Pyrenees, Toulouse, Montpellier (with Millau around there) and the Perthus frontier. Then Spain will become fully available. But...
  b) Kutchek will keep on finishing France
  c) M95's aim is Italy (conection with France) and Austria
  d) By that time I suppose all the team will be busy adapting Scandinavia DLC to ProMods
  e) Platypus is with Finland (and Faroe), MIRFI's Romania, Nico's Euromir, Mandelsoft's ARP and Models...
  f) Maybe? Purno may start with Spain AFTER finishing Iceland

So there's a long way before I set my headquarters in Pamplona ( ) and let's not talk about Madrid or Seville. Spain (and Portugal) is a huge and daunting task. But patience will be rewarded...

Spain could take a while true. We have currently enough project running but there is a chance that it will be there sooner than you might think.
