Aland? There is a lot of islands, but the hills are too steep for Aland.. Also, Platypus said that it is not Finland and I consider Aland a part of Finland.
Gotland? I think it is not.. there are not four islands as Platypus said.
Channel Islands? Maybe, they look quite similar..

So, my guess is Channel Islands..

I wanted to guess Faroe, but since it doesn't have streetview, I think it might be Jersey island.Not sure about city.

There's no way the Channel Islands could possibly even fit, and they'd be fairly pointless anyway. Also, they're nowhere near being a country ;).
