I haven't knew, that you can include in map even some tiny stuffs, like Faroe islands. Amazing work. :)

Interesting, can you maybe even build Aland islands with Marienhamn? Only road "3" between Langnas and Marienhamn, that goes through 3 islands. Or this stuff will be much harder to build? ;)

Only, if you want. :) Thank you.

In ETS 1 there was a "wall" between Calais and Dover, because they were extremely close to each other.. the wall made everything behind it invisible.. Maybe it still exists and it can help you, but I am not sure about it.

... called cut planes

The two cities needs to be hidden using scenery which should be "easy" as you have a couple of mountains between, Klaksvik is in a valley between two mountains (Use google earth as reference)
But it depends on how the scenery/mountains are made created in the editor

Yes, cut planes exists but I had some problems to place them correctly because everything is very close one of the other. Gived sometimes strange results... So, I used relief and mountains to hide what can not be seen and of course you can't see anymore Klaksvik from Torshavn ;) No street view but I used a lot Google earth and what I remember from holidays in Faroe ;) Klaksvik is between his mountains and fjords and island of Kunoy is represented.

Also, the number of isles and fjords is reduced because of the scale. Sometimes, the otherside of the fjord in ETS2 map (which is far IRL and not visible (the red one on picture)) also figures the otherside of another fjord IRL that I can't create because of lack of space (the blue one). It works in both directions so no cut plane needed in this case. That was the biggest difficulty with such compressed scenery, but I think I have found a good compromise. You'll see this result soon I think ;)

Which scale are you using 1:15 as England or 1:19 as Europe?

Probably too small. Too few warehouses to be able to generate jobs for a full garage with 5 hired drivers.

I guess that you have to wait for new prefabs pack from FLD to convert map to 1.15?

1.15 is still a beta, Promods doesn't update for betas ;)
