A2 is a highway and the last time I drove there (last week), everybody was doing 120+ km/h. 
The only issue though is the Cernavodă toll booth.. Big traffic jams form there, even though drivers can pay their tax through SMS.

when i was on the A2 To cernavoda, we were going at 120kmh but the gas statons were full
