The mod has been updated for ETS2 1.43 and Promods 2.60. New content is just a few bugfixes and some scenery changes here and there. Link is on the first post of this topic.

OKHI233 has created a fix for the Chinese (simplified) localization of this mod. I added the download link on the first post. Put the fix above the mod in the load order if you want it to work (otherwise the mod will overwrite the localization fix). You probably want to check out that fix, if you are already using the Chinese localization of the game.

Checked the latest build that has been published. Alta seems to be pretty there for me....
Seriously, though: Unless you provide further information, I am afraid, nobody will be able to help you. Best hint I can give is to check your load order in the mod manager. Alta wasn't introduced until the publication of the "Nordlysbyen" release of the mod. So if you downloaded/activated Varanger, Nordkynvegen or Samelandet, then Alta will not be there by design....
