The only informations that we have is that it will be the biggest DLC ever and Romania and Bulgaria are already confirmed.

The wagon is far from a "national vehicle" exclusive to Romania. Similar to the environment that you saw this in. You can see this sort of environment all over the Balkans, so claiming it as Romanian seems a bit silly to me. The music is unmistakably Bulgarian though. Hopefully we'll get a lot of countries with this DLC.

Hm I don't know but Arayas recognized it as Carutza.

Bulgaria has karutzas too, I assume so do the Western Balkans, Greece and Turkey. So again, it's not that special. We've gone a bit off-topic too.

I think there's a bit of confusion there, "carutza" or "karutza" is a horse and cart, not a church.
