yes i have all 7 + that def file, have stored them in 1map. but cant open file1

post a screenshot of what your folder looks like with all the archives. Have you tried the file tester?

While not downloading anything else, I got hit by the rate limit warning two times this morning when attempting to start a download for the fixed Middle-east addon.
How long should I wait to be safe it won't block me?

That's curious. What browser were you using? Do you have any anti-virus software that might open up duplicate connections?

I have the same probblem, also using WinRAR and Google Chrome as my browser

I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

The only thing that comes to mind is that I installed the Privacy Pass add-on on the advice of this topic.

I removed it between the first two attempts and the later one so that thing might've been the cause.

@MAFIAELDON1, have you downloaded all 8 parts into the same folder first? You will be unable to open part .001 until you have all 8 parts downloaded.
