I think connecting cities as Suwalki in Poland, Alytus in Lithuania, Rezekne in Latvia, Narva in Estonia. Will be also added.

Narva would be tough to miss. It's the third biggest city in Estonia and massively important as an industrial centre - about 90% of the country's electricity is produced from within 10km of Narva.

The baltic states are beautiful from promods, I don't think SCS will make better, probably less cities, maybe more optimized, but promods have got my home town and tons of cities
Looking forward for Lithuania to have more cities.
Would scs make it better than promods. . . . Obviously as an DLC, will be payed.... meh...
Hope there will be more cities planned for development in Lithuania, make it look alive, few additions

Don't forget Estonia is massively outdated and from my perspective of view, really lacks realism (excluding Narva).

AFAIK SCS DLCs screams "New Assets ! New Models ! New Textures !" to modders.
While it would wipe out a good amount of area, the fact they can make a new one far better is charming.

They don't have to delete whole DLC area to get assets, models and textures.
