thanks guys! the problem wasnt actually the "Trailers_PackRus_v1" but the trailers from the Real Company Logo by Satan19990. After I disabled it the crashes stopped. Looks like that add-on is not fully compatible with RusMap, at least in OpenGL.

Good day CAPLV! I'm very interested with your current ETS2 map setup. Could you please provide perhaps a picture of the prioritization? Also, is it stable? Thanks in advance.

@caracer0601 you just have to download RusMap and read the patch notes, there is a couple of pictures showing how the load order should work...and of course is stable.
