If I remember correctly, when I was 15 or 16, a guy came to our school with a scooter and everybody could have tried driving it (private school, so not many students there). If you were good (and lucky), you were given a scooter license or whatever is it called. In Poland we have a bike license (bike card) that allows you to drive on roads (I got in primary school when I was 10 or something but I never had it in my pocket when riding a bike ) and there is also a place for a stamp for mopeds - that's the scooter license I mentioned above. I regret that I didn't try driving that scooter and didn't get it but I didn't own one anyway, so no problem

Here, you don't need a license to drive a scooter less than 50cc. Might as well be of any age.

Here people born before 1.1.1985 don't need licence to drive moped or scooter.

How can he obtain it with a car permit, if he hasn't enough age for car driver's licence.

I can start driving lessons 2 months before i turn 18.

I have thought about taking a driver lessons for almost same type, but a light motorcycle, since they have a higher speed, and i can get to the highest speed limit nearby here, 80 km/h

My cousin has that licence I will not get it, saving for B-card (car)
