No, it was just one of my dreams...Currently no one is working on Kaliningrad I think

Maybe somebody is... But you can go to Zelenogradsk, it's in Kaliningrad Oblast

Well, you know, some of these "loose ends" were build with a bigger idea in mind, but we didn't have time now to finish those plans yet. For instance, the extension of the E4 up to Umeå is there because we wanted to complete the E4, but the cities along the way were proven to be more challenging than previously thought. Livorno is a loose end now because we didn't have time to complete La Spezia or any of the roads leading to it. There is only one road leading to Kirkenes because the progress on the Finnish side up to Norway just stalled. You see a general pattern occuring here...

You can check last pages in "Project EuroMir" section.
And yes, don't expect Kaliningrad (city) for ProMods 2.1.

Örnsköldsvik and Umeå, after that Isle of Man and other british islands.

I think I will go to Arnhem and Eindhoven. And after that check out Belgium and the new arp area's.
