ProMods 2.20 crashing

You should buy a new PC, because this one isn't even suitable for any modern gaming, I'd say (personal opinion).

ProMods require a PC that at least meets the recommended requirements for ETS2.

Your PC doesn't even meet minimum requirements of ETS2, so you can't expect mods will work properly if you can barely play this game, right?

You don't pay for the mod but for the download service and you have used that.

I suspect you are running out of memory. Try running in 64 bit mode
