I haven't seen any successful 1:1 map yet. So I suggest you to take a look at 1:19 mapping style.
Grand utopia and tregion (small and new map right now but has potential) maps are good 1:1 maps and have great quality.
Tregion is 1:2 and grand utopia is imagination, I think.

I am 2:5, but because I am mapping almost only big cities. I recommend at least 1:4 or 1:5.

After, the point is that 1:1 is more difficult to map than 1:19, not the successful
