You can remove ProMods Trailers and Companies Pack files if you don't want it.

Def file is not behind paywall, just go to Download tab on top and you will see this def file generation after selecting language.
It's just main ProMods files that has both paid download service and free download service, but it's not required since you do only need def file redownloaded.

I already did everything you told me and I keep giving myself the same problem in the truckersmp and in the normal game when I give it to load my profile the game closes that update of the mods fucked the whole game -_-

It looks also Road to Black Sea DLC to be broken too, try verifying integrity in Steam. To do it, go to Steam -> Library -> ETS2 -> Right click -> Properties -> Local Files -> Check after error in game files or something like that.

Are you sure you have redownloaded def file and copied the file to mod folder?

I can see these now. Road to Black Sea DLC errors is long, but strange you said it was everything fine.

I can try to send you link to my def file that is on OneDrive on PM to see if it works.

If it doesn't still work with my def file, can you try reinstall ETS2 and make sure all DLCs is there, remember take backup of mod folder if in case this folder will be deleted?
DLCs doesn't need to be bought again since these is connected to your Steam account.
