Yea the converting is the problem..

You can convert a Sketch-Up file in blender to a PMD file.....

Converting is more than just making a pmd file...

Sketch up models often contain so many textures that we first need to texture bake... which is pretty hard....

First of all thanks for really great job guys ( possibly some girls involved?).
Secondly - i have some questions in conection with promods maps.
1. I don't want to make you feel, that i am trying to push you somehow in terms of release date, that is not my intention, but can i just ask, when can we expect france and spain map, not exactly of course, just approximately, -like this year or next.
2. Did i get it right, that seperate teams at promods are working on different maps, but at a right time all maps ( Ireland, Spain, France and baltic countries) will be released as a one pack, which will allow us to drive from Dublin up to Madrid lets say, or each map will be released regardless of the other?, but finally they will cover all Europe and of course work together.
3. How about upcoming patch 1.6 from scs. Will scandinavia mod work with patch 1.6, and also other maps, which are now in progress.

Once again big appreciation for all of you guys.

Answers:
1: No idea when we release stuff. Maybe a pack at the end of this year but don't expect anything.
2: We get several packs out with a couple of countries... in the end it will be one big map pack, but released in small updates.
3: Coming patches shouldn't give to much problems. We have however no intensions into making it compatible with other maps.
