Steam accepts PaysafeCard as a payment method as well though I do not if that is available in the US. Here in Finland you can just go to a local store and buy a card of your liking with cash and then use the code on Steam. No credit card required.

ALL, yes, ALL map mods require purchase of ETS2. So you can't really get anything for free (well, unless you pirate it...)

But if you pirate it, you can't get any support here
